Every Thursday since the beginning of school...I have picked up meatballs and sauce from Lisa...crockpotted them all day...baked a mac and cheese...and delivered them to the Golden Bucks Football/cheerleader dinner.  So Thursdays are definitely always CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS! (The kids book and movie for those of you who aren't familar)

I just got out of Godspell rehearsal for the night...gonna watch project Runway and go to sleep!

Where have I been?? and a WINNER

Sorry I have been missing in blogland the last few days.  Sort of took a break from everything I possibly could...just needed to give the brain and the body a rest.

Thank you ALL for the kind words and thoughts about my Forgotten Fairies... It feels good to know that so many people appreciate them:)  Lisa has sold several at Silkweeds...and some of them are headed out of the state of Maine to new homes.  To me it is exciting to know that my Art will "go places".  I have a new batch of Fairies all ready for their new homes, I just need to carve out some time to create.  I also have a few special order ones almost ready to go to their new homes.  Now who won this adorable little beach fairy???

So what has life been dealing up?  Well first off this little gal is beginning to 'fit in":

She is trying to work the cute factor on them and it has worked on Guapito...but as you can see Amigo is still not sold on her.

Let's see...Lauren and I went school shopping and were out there for 13 hours!  13 HOURS!!!  I was exhausted...she was still going strong, it was like shopping with the Energizer bunny!  We got to have sit and have lunch with Bobo...that was nice and Bobo LOVED posing for pictures:)

I am still working on Nate's school shopping...I am having a HUGE problem trying to get his size 28x30 jeans.  Who wears a size like that anyway?  Skinny creep:)

And speaking of Nate...he had his first Football scrimmage the other night.  He said he and the other Freshman stood on the sidelines hoping that they wouldn't be thrown in with the HUGE upperclassman:0 They weren't...they got to play against other Freshman and Sophomores:

So...as you can see life is on full tilt.  I have decided that here in our town...Football is not just a sport "it's a way of life".  It is a crazy busy schedule...

Positive POLLY...

They lost AGAIN 27-0.  BUT Nate's feeling is they are getting closer cuz the score was lower this time:)  He's so positive about things...Gotta love that kid!  He played quite a game tonight.  There was a kid on the other team who was at least 6 feet tall and Nate grabbed a hold of the kids leg and the kid dragged him a long:) The tall guy is in this picture  number 80 up in the corner...VERY TALL!:

He also got a tackle at one point  and at one point he had the ball...but looked a little bit confused as far as what to DO with it  GRIN.

Well...still nursing a cold and didn't get to spend time with my Dad for the second day in a row.  SIGH...gonna get comfy and watch PROJECT RUNWAY!
